Finding stillness within movement or movement within stillness?
For some people this is a ridiculous title. There is no competition between the two, they complement each other and utilise similar paradigms and energetics. However, there is a distinct difference. One is about finding stillness within the movement and the other, Qi Gong, finding movement within the stillness, the movement being physical and “energetic”, this is where the Qi, pronounced “Chee“, comes in. Both offer huge benefits for physical and mental health; they come a huge range of forms and patterns, some easily accessible other take a life time or more to master; but this is about the journey, not the destination.
